Returning items within the UK couldn't be easier.
After a collection date is confirmed. DHL will come and collect the parcel from your place of choosing, free of charge!
Once the parcel has been collected you. You will be provided with a DHL waybill number, you can use this to track your return, using the DHL tracking website (Track your parcel with DHL | DHL Express).
As soon as the parcel is received back into one of our warehouses a refund for your purchase will be issued or exchanged.
