We offer Free returns on almost all of our rugs and runners for exchange or refund within 30 days of you receiving the order.


Policy


Please note that items purchased which are identified on the product listing as 'Bespoke / Made to Order' are not eligible to be returned for a refund or an exchange. Additionally, samples and singular stair rod orders are also not eligible to be returned for an exchange or a refund.
