How can I return my order?

We believe shopping online has never been easier, but it doesn't always go as we had hoped and you might receive a product that you are not 100% happy with. If this is the case, we want you to know that we're here to help!



Hallway, Kitchen, Outdoor & Stair Runners


We offer FREE returns on all runner orders (excluding bespoke/made to order products) so you can shop with the added security that if you do receive a product from us and it doesn't quite suit your home, you can send it back to us to exchange for a more suitable product, or to receive a full refund. 


For UK returns, please contact us so that we can advise on the best way to get the product back to us. 


This will usually consist of you taking the rug/runner to a local drop-off location, using one of our selected couriers.

If a full refund is required, the order must be returned to us within 30 days of the original delivery date.
