How can I return my order?

We believe shopping online has never been easier, but it doesn't always go as we had hoped and you might receive a product that you are not 100% happy with. If this is the case, we want you to know that we're here to help!

Hallway, Kitchen & Stair Runners


We offer FREE returns on all runner orders (excluding bespoke/made to order products) so you can shop with the added security that if you do receive a product from us and it doesn't quite suit your home you can send it back to us to exchange for a more suitable product,  or to receive a full refund. 


For our UK returns, we will arrange for our courier (DHL) to collect the product from your address.  They will then return it to us and once it's been checked in we will either process the refund or ship out any agreed-upon replacement(s).  


*If a full refund is required, the order must be returned to us within 30 days of delivery*

Carpet & Vinyl

Our carpet and vinyl are non-returnable due to these being prepared bespoke in the exact dimensions selected when checking out.
