At runrug we work tirelessly to ensure our customers are satisfied with all areas of our business but sometimes you (the customer) will require a refund, so here's how it works!
Once an order has been returned/cancelled or a refund has been approved, you can expect the refund to be processed within 2 working days. It's then down to your card issuer to credit the refund value back into your account.
They suggest this process can take up to 30 days (but it's normally a lot quicker than this).
Please allow additional time around busy periods like Bank Holidays, Christmas and Black Friday for us to process your refund(s).
