Can I order a bespoke size?

Can't see the length you require within the drop-down box? - Don't worry, you can still order a bespoke size!

This is what we are known for... you can literally order any length up to 30 meters! That means we can provide exactly what you want in any length!

If you would like your runner preparing to a bespoke length you would simply need to select the closest measurement, which is above the size of the product you require and then add this to your basket. For example, if you would like your runner to be 175cm (5 feet 9 inches) you will need to select the 180cm (6 feet) option from our length drop-down.

Once you are happy with your basket and you are making your way through the checkout, please make your way to placing your order and completing the payment.

When you have placed your order, you will receive an email from us which is your order confirmation and this will give you our order reference number. At this point please either reply to this email with the exact size that you want, or call one of our customer support agents on 0808 169 2787.

Please note: The products are manufactured in such a way that the widths may vary slightly. The weaving process involves numerous variables that can lead to minor inconsistencies. Therefore, it's normal for there to be small discrepancies in the measurements of machine-woven items.
