We deliver globally. Once you have added to your basket and checkout you will be able to enter your address. No matter where you live we will send your item via a tracked service. Tracking information is sent via email/phone
Our primary courier for all orders is DHL. In the UK delivery is typically made within a few days. The US and the rest of the world have estimated deliveries of around 4 working days, our products typically arrive in your country the very next day after we dispatch and can arrive at your local depot later that day.
What if my country does not show?
Fear not! Our courier' can deliver anywhere in the world, if your country is not listed please email help@runrug.com and we can obtain a quote (we should be able to quote within 48 hours).
